When will my order be sent?

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. We aim to despatch orders placed before 2pm on the same day if possible but this is not guaranteed. Orders placed over the weekend/bank holiday will be despatched the next working day.

When will my order arrive?

Items despatched via our standard delivery service are sent via Royal Mail and are usually delivered within 2 working days. On occasion it can take up to 5 working days for delivery. If you want to receive your items sooner consider one of our delivery upgrades when you checkout

How much is postage?

Our standard delivery is free across the UK on all orders and tends to arrive within 2-5 working days. If you wish to receive your items sooner we offer next day tracked delivery as an additional extra.

Can I return my items for a refund?

We do offer a full refund for any purchases returned to us within 14 days of purchase providing the goods are returned to us in an unopened and re-saleable condition. We suggest that before committing to larger quantities that you place a small trial order of lower quantity.

Why haven’t my loyalty points been added to my account?

An account is required for points to be accumulated, in order to receive for your purchase you must ensure you are logged in to your account.

How can I find out my loyalty points balance?

You can check your points balance at any point from the points tab within your account.
