Deceptively filling for such a small size, toasted it is nutty tasting but its easy to over cook. My personal favourite is as a fish paste sandwich with lettuce for lunch – I’ve shown a photo

I agree. Finally a low carb bread that tastes really good. The slices are small but it’s enough. It doesn’t kick me out of keto. Very pleased with it. Will definitely buy more.
