Milk proteins (emulsifier: lecithins), Oat flakes (33%), Soya proteins (emulsifier: lecithins [soya]), Flavourings, Salt, Anti- caking agents: magnesium carbonate and silicon dioxide [nano], Thickener: xanthan gum, Sweetener: aspartame, Vitamins (C, B3, E, B5, B6, B2, B1, A, B9, B8, B12), Cinnamon (0.3%), L-methionine, Colour: plain caramel, Maltodextrin.

This product contains soy, milk and gluten (oats).
May also contain traces of egg, fish, crustaceans, nuts and celery.
Additional allergens may be present due to the manufacturing environment. All products (unless specifically mentioned) have the chance of cross contamination from other allergens including gluten and nuts.
Preparation Instructions
- Add 100ml of (hot but not boiling) water to 25 grams of powder and stir until completely mixed.
- Consume quickly after rehydration.
Note that if milk is used, nutritional values will increase correspondingly.
Store product in a cool, dry place.
