Milk proteins (emulsifier: lecithins), Oat flakes (33%), Soya proteins (emulsifier: lecithins [soya]), Flavourings, Salt, Anti- caking agents: magnesium carbonate and silicon dioxide [nano], Thickener: xanthan gum, Sweetener: aspartame, Vitamins (C, B3, E, B5, B6, B2, B1, A, B9, B8, B12), Cinnamon (0.3%), L-methionine, Colour: plain caramel, Maltodextrin.

This product contains soy, milk and gluten (oats).

May also contain traces of egg, fish, crustaceans, nuts and celery.

Preparation Instructions

  1. Add 100ml of (hot but not boiling) water to 25 grams of powder and stir until completely mixed.
  2. Consume quickly after rehydration.

Note that if milk is used, nutritional values will increase correspondingly.
