Allergens
This product contains milk, whey and soy.
May also contain traces of gluten, egg, fish, nuts and celery.
Additional allergens may be present due to the manufacturing environment. All products (unless specifically mentioned) have the chance of cross contamination from other allergens including gluten and nuts.
Preparation Instructions
In a shaker, add 220 – 250ml of liquid (water or skimmed milk) to 35g (1 sachet) of powder.
Shake until completely mixed.
Note that if milk is used, nutritional values will increase correspondingly.
Store in a cool, dry place that is sheltered from the light.

Too much sugar though, if you’re not too concerned about the amount of sugar then this is a great buy. Kept me full for quite a while.

Absolutely perfect for total meal replacement. I use almond milk for VLCD and occasionally treat myself by whizzing the shake up with ice and coconut milk for a high protein high fat day – either way it’s delicious and doesn’t feel healthy at all! But it is!

I have lost count of how many sachet diets I have been on including the most expensive Lighter Life. I was on LL for 4 months and spent over £1000.00. I started looking around for cheaper diets and after ordering one-off sachets as a tester from various companies I tried Billy’s Diet and the taste is exactly the same as the most expensive. I am so pleased I did cause it saved me a fortune and the customer service is excellent. The other companies I ordered from had so much saccharine in them it was like drinking pure sugar Yak. Hope my investigation helps someone else from paying over-the-top prices. Good Luck anyone reading this you can do it

Before I found the Billy’s Diet site, I had tried a number of different diet shakes. I found them to be saccharine-sweet, and not pleasant. Then I came across these and they are SOOO nice. Just naturally sweet, and they taste delicious. They are reasonably priced, and mix nicely when you shake them up.
I also love the personal service that you get from Billy. She answers emails, and is really friendly – willing to answer any question.
Highly recommended.

I have tried a lot of chocolate meal replacement shakes and these are definitely my favourite! I lost lots of weight 9 years ago on the Cambridge diet. Their shakes are lovely but VERY expensive. Other meal replacement shakes I have tried often have a nasty sweetener taste or are much higher in calories. Billy’s shakes are both reasonably priced and delicious. They mix well and aren’t too thick or thin.
They are perfect for grabbing a quick but nutritionally balanced breakfast or, using as part of a low calorie ketogenic diet.
On top of that, Billy has been brilliant! Going above and beyond to check ingredient sources for me. Customer service is just amazing! There is a wonderful personal touch to Billy’s diet. Don’t know what I’d do without these shakes!
