Preparation Instructions
Add 120 ml of water to 25 grams of powder and cook gently in a non-stick frying pan (omelette could be prepared traditionally or like scrambled eggs).

I was very surprised and really liked this product! Found it very easy to prepare, you only need 5 minutes and a pan, to get ready and enjoy a very decent substitute for a normal omelette, the flavor is so “real”, very nutritious and filling meal, and very fluffy too! I added sliced fresh tomatoes and oregano the first time and it was delicious! I will add fresh herbs and mushrooms next one and have it with crispbreads, for another enjoyable low calorie meal 🙂 Definitely recommended.

Nice and simple to cook. Delicious. Sometimes add mushrooms, spinach and cherry tomatoes for a slightly bigger lunch or dinner.
