Soya proteins, Red kidney bean (30%), Flavourings and smoke flavouring (contain: wheat, barley), Pea proteins, Onion (5.5%), Spices (paprika, chili pepper, cumin, garlic), Wheat fibre, Powdered tomato (5%), Salt, Guar, xanthan and locust bean gums, Medium chain triglycerides, Red bell pepper (0.7%), Citric acid, Maltodextrin, Powdered beetroot juice, vitamins (C, B3, E, B5, B6, B2, B1, A, B9, B8, B12), Extract of rosemary.

Preparation Instructions
- Empty one sachet into a microwave safe bowl or saucepan.
- Add 170ml of boiling water.
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally
or Microwave on full power (800W) for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. - Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.These are guidelines as cooking appliances can vary.

Very tasty and easy to prepare. Chilli is a favourite of mine so I was skeptical about trying this, but I was blown away. I’m very impressed.
I take these to work as a handy lunch, quick to prepare even if you do not have a microwave, full of flavour and a nice hit of spice. Personally I do not like kidney beans so pick them out. I have them with the Nachos and some grated cheese, perfect!
This tastes absolutely delicious 😋. I was seriously impressed on how nice this was. It was filling and low in calories. I would definitely recommend you give this a try, you wouldn’t regret it!
