Preparation Instructions
Add 120 ml of water to 25 grams of powder and cook gently in a non-stick frying pan (omelette could be prepared traditionally or like scrambled eggs).

This was okay but I probably wouldn’t buy it again. I found it needed seasoning and some finessing to make it feel substantial. I guess it could be an emergency shelf stable staple but not really for me. It does smell mushroomy but was a little light and watery when I followed the recipe on the packet.

Easy to prepare I like to add tomatoes ideal with toasted seeded bread and a nice cup of black coffee ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Although I prefer the cheese version (less dry, fluffier and more flavorful), I also found this product very easy to prepare and a very decent substitute for a normal omelette, mushroom flavor was definitely there, and I enjoyed it for lunch at work with some homemade toasted bread – and it was nice even cold. I added my own mix of spices and loved it. I would recommend to add some veggies since it was a bit dry, but nice overall.
