Milk proteins (emulsifier: lecithins), Gluten free oat flakes, Soy proteins (emulsifier: lecithins [soya]), Salt, Natural vanilla flavouring with other natural flavouring, Thickener: Carrageenans, Colour: beta-carotene, Sweetener: sucralose.

  2. Add 100ml of (hot but not boiling) water to 25 grams of powder and stir until completely mixed.
  3. Consume quickly after rehydration.

Note that if milk is used, nutritional values will increase correspondingly.

Store product in a cool, dry place.

  1. Surprising fills me up after thinking it was a small amount. Learned quickly to add water bit by bit to get my right thickness. Add some fruit when feeling like I need a bit more. Now buy frequently as struggle with a quick food option in morning that’s low carb.

  2. This is delicious and very filling. I prefer to make with water and a splash of full fat cream. I personally love the vanilla flavour, I look forward to this in the morning

  3. The first one I made up was a fail as I just added hot water so it was watery. However the next one I made heating it up with water in a saucepan(I dont own a microwave) and it was very good and enjoyed the treat. Will definetly buy again.

  4. This porridge smelled amazing but that’s where the positives end. It was flavoured overwhelming with artificial vanilla and was really unpleasant. Was really hoping to love this.
