Preparation Instructions
Add 200-220ml of cold water to 25g of powder and stir until completely mixed, and chill for 5 minutes to allow to rehydrate. For best results use a hand blender or whisk.
Note that if milk is used, nutritional values will increase correspondingly.
Store product in a cool, dry place.

This is a lovely shake made in the basic way – but you can add so many different things to it to change the taste! Even what liquid you choose to make it with changes what it tastes like. I use Unsweetened Almond milk for maximum low carb-ness but its gorgeous with hazelnut milk too. I add instant coffee, or cinnamon powder, sometimes a bit of nutmeg and occasionally I even mix half a packet of vanilla powder with half of chocolate shake powder. It’s basically great base to do lots of interesting things with!!
