    I find that this company’s products have little or no effect on my blood sugar levels, which is great. I’d given up eating bread until I tried this loaf. It’s just like top-quality seed loaf, but without a those carbs.

    Love this with just butter or lunch with pate. I thought small portions at first, but once in low carbs it’s the exact amount u need.

    Small slices very textured and tasty I’ve tried this with chicken pieces, tuna, gooseberry jam, soup and fish paste. It was very flavourful but slightly more spongy than normal bread. VERY filling I only ate 2 slices with each filling.
